I don’t know how easy it is to get an appointment as I haven’t had to make one recently but you hear from other people that it is not very easy to see a doctor The appointment I had yesterday was sent by text message so I could make my own appointment which was very straightforward

It was very well organised so I don’t think that anything could have been done better very impressed

Well organised service

On reflection I think I would not choose to do both flu and Covid injections at the same visit. Feel groggy today.

In my experience with COPD I get treated very well and given appointments in a veryb timely manner usual same day

The staff on reception are very helpful and always sort out the problem

I don’t phone I always go up there for my husband and they sort things out

I had a flue and Covid vaccin. All very well organised! But generally it’s not easy to get an appointment.
